I have been trying to contact Paypal Customer Support through the message center since 7/27/2020. I have sent about 4 messages, and I get a confirmation message. But no one answers me for over a month. Seems a bit strange!
Are they totally closed down?!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
