Hi all, I made a purchase from a company in the USA.
Phantom ID.
I received an email from the for mentioned company stating my payment and address confirmed.
The 13th October 2020, the email also stated i would receive a tracking number shortly. Since the 13th i have sent five (5) emails asking for the tracking number to a gent name Archie in support. The last being 26th October 2020 and it appears that either I've been taken for a scam because they asked for the contract details and tracking number and have not heard been contacted since. Tezwald
