Hi there I bought an item off a site several days ago on fb. Once I purchased it turned out to be from China even though they said they had stores in Europe, I got a Chinese email address, money was paid through PayPal and no there is no updated on shipping, I've email more then once and no response, I know its a dud site this happened before, can I take a case with PayPal now? There is no point waiting. Last time thus happened also PayPal didn't pay me back their site is attrotious it Brough me in circles, no person customer service and took 4 weeks to come back and say no they don't owe me.
