Dear Community, I have an online business and my last transaction was 10 Feb 2020. The are no more active claims or disputes going on. PayPal asked me in July for additional documentation which I submitted and they acknowledged. The large amount of funds due to me is now for 200 days on hold by PayPal. I have send since 23 July 2020 five emails & messages but still no reply from PayPal. How can I get in touch with PayPal? What else can I do? I am very desperate. Please help me. Thank you.
