Hi, I did a test transaction on a business PayPal account successfully charged my card and balance updated in PayPal. But then PayPal put my account on hold and said I need to confirm my business before I can have access to my funds. I don't have a business and was under the impression I didn't need one for personal use. How do I get account access so I can use my PayPal balance? If anyone knows please let me know.
