Hello, I urgently need to withdraw my money from PayPal but they temporarily limited my acc. and I have to buy medicine and food with that money. How can I get someone to talk to me in a chat or something, I cant just wait on them to fix this in due time. Please help. PP-008-371-137-919

As i said in your previous thread if you are in Russia but trying to use a Latvian account then you may well hit problems as paypal is country specific.

Suggest you contact customer services for assistance.

How do I do that? I cant use the phone since it costs a lot for international calls from here. I emailed them several times but no luck..

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
