If there is a PayPal charge on your bank or card statement, but not shown in your PayPal account, this means your card number was used either on another PayPal account or through PayPal's Guest Checkout.
If you purchased something online and entered your card number instead of using your PayPal log in, the payment will not appear within your PayPal activity. If you did not make this purchase, please contact our Customer Support for us to investigate this further.
