No access to primary phone number

Hi All! I don't have access to my primary phone number anymore, and paypal is limiting and blocking my account because I cannot verify through that. Is there a way I could solve this? I can verify myself in any other means, I have all my documentation in front of me, except for access to my old number. Please help, I am desperately in need of any help you could give me, I need to access my account ASAP.

I have no access to my primary number.

I can't log in to my account because additional security is required which requires my primary number.

There are no phones in my house. I can't log in to my account because I need that phone number that I had years ago. Phones were removed years ago because of unending nuisance calls. I can't log into my account to delete that phone number. I do not have a facebook account - or for that matter any other social media accounts.

Unbelievably I'm told to log into my account.

I've been around the loop once, and it got me nowhere. Can anyone your end actually help out here please. I know you have my email. I would have emailed you if I could get there. Instead I have to piggyback on this topic.

I am in the exact same boat! My phone is completely broken and I can’t get logged on at all, there’s no way to use the chat service as you need to log on, and I cant log on because my phone is broken - it’s a joke!
