I have no access to my primary number.
I can't log in to my account because additional security is required which requires my primary number.
There are no phones in my house. I can't log in to my account because I need that phone number that I had years ago. Phones were removed years ago because of unending nuisance calls. I can't log into my account to delete that phone number. I do not have a facebook account - or for that matter any other social media accounts.
Unbelievably I'm told to log into my account.
I can't log in because........
I have no access to my primary number.
I've been around the loop once, and it got me nowhere. Can anyone your end actually help out here please. I know you have my email. I would have emailed you if I could get there. Instead I have to piggyback on this topic.

I am in the exact same boat! My phone is completely broken and I can’t get logged on at all, there’s no way to use the chat service as you need to log on, and I cant log on because my phone is broken - it’s a joke!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
