I ordered a T-Shirt, I got a confirmation and a tracking number. After a couple of weeks, I still had not received my shirt. I checked the tracking number and it said it was delivered, but I never got it. I called FedEx and they said that the delivery name and address were not mine. I stated this when I entered my dispute but apparently nobody read that part. My only response was that it was delivered and my case was closed. Technically, yes, the tracking number given was delivered. However, it was not delivered to me and it was not delivered to my address. Now I can't reopen the dispute and the seller has not responded to any one of my multiple emails. So, I guess I'm just out $30.00?
