No Refund

Hello, I had paid for something to be 3D printed. I cancelled the order a few weeks after I placed it and after sending the money. I had some personal issues come up and needed to cancel and get my money back. I spoke to the seller and he agreed to credit me in 7 days. That 7th day was up yesterday. He has yet to answer my message. I sent over a request of 215.00 dollars and he canceled the request. I’m I **bleep** right get my money back? Please help!

Open a dispute for non receipt of item, then if you win once escalated to a claim you should end up with a refund or receive the item from the seller.
