No Protection From Unscrupulous Sellers

I purchased two mesh pet gates from Lodeay. When they finally arrived, they were defective and unusable. Seller refused to refund. I turned it over to Paypal, which was useless. I did everything they asked of me... Contacted seller first, provided pictures of the merchandise, mailed items back to seller via tracked mail and waited over a month for a resolution. Well Paypal resolved it all right - they DENIED MY CLAIM. They said they did this because I didn't provide tracking info, but I definitely did! There is no PAYPAL PROTECTION AT ALL! I called to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for over 45 minutes and no one ever helped me. Take my advice... Don't use Paypal and don't buy from overseas vendors. They both are unscrupulous whenever there is a problem. This is third time I received damaged goods from various vendors in China and Paypal does nothing.

After spending money to mail the item back to the address Paypal gave me, the seller refused to accept delivery and sent the item BACK TO ME.  Attached is a picture of the returned package.  I want Paypal to refund me for this item immediately, since I have waited so long for a resolution and did everything Paypal asked.
