I'm only an occasional user, purely for online purchasing. I'm normally totally on top of what I've bought/ordered.
The latest transaction in my account is for $49.75 AUD ... but it has NO PRODUCT and NO SUPPLIER!!!
The emailed invoice shows the Seller as ebay http://ebay.com.au/help
The "HELP" system has confusing options, none of which seem relevant to my query, so I tried "Fraudulent Activity".
PayPal said it's not and closed the Case.
Can someone please advise me either what this transaction is or how to get help from Paypal to explain it.
