Purchased a diet plan from a group on Facebook (MyDiabetesDiet). I agreed to 3 month trial but was charged for an entire year. I also never received the diet plan or a receipt. I contacted the company and never heard from them, so filed a dispute with PayPal.
PayPal asked for documentation and I explained I never received anything from the company. I sent PayPal a note stating such.
Paypal ruled in the sellers favor. If you go to the Facebook page of the company, there are lots of complaints of people having the same issue.
