Hello,
I had to open a new Paypal account due to them suddenly realising that I opened my old account under the age of 18 (12 whole years ago).
My eBay buyers have said they can't pay for items as it says that I am "unable to accept payments". I have verified everything apart from my mobile number, which I'm guessing could be the problem?
I can't see an option to remove my mobile from my old account, and when I try verify on my new account, it just says "unable to verify at the moment".
Can anyone help? Thanks!

If you broke paypal rules by opening an underage account then you have to get paypals permission to be able to open another account and they do not always give it so did they say it was ok to open a new one?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
