I made a purchase of $450.00+$28.58 in taxes. I purchased two bags from exotic elements. They said they only have one and has already been mailed. I'm seeking a full refund of $225.00+$14.29 in taxes. The seller claims I didn't pay taxes. I told the seller that I was charged taxes according to PayPal.
