New Information for escalated claim

I started the claim process for an undelivered item and since then I received a letter from Australia post to my neighbour stating that the parcel was delivered to their house. They claim not to have it. How can I update my claim to show this new important info?

If tracking shows the item as delivered then you would lose any dispute for non receipt of item.

Its between you and the company that delivered the item to sort out really now.
