Hello, I recently bought a flight ticket through Budget Air.
When I paid through paypal in their website I got a message saying it hadn't gone through, forcing me to pay with a debit card. However the transaction did apparently go through on PayPal's end. I filed a claim on the transaction reporting it as "unauthorized" which I now see was a mistake as it was almost automatically dismissed by PayPal. Now I'm running into issues trying to get at least half of my money back as the claim is already closed.
The worst thing is that I have not even received the ticket I paid twice for and fear will never get it. I phoned the airline (not BudgetAir as none of their customer service numbers actually work) and they couldn't find a reservation to my name.
End result: double-charged for a product I did not receive.
