I have made two claims for non arrival of goods from suppliers in China. On both claims I was asked to supply certain paperwork within a deadline which I did. On one of the claims I received part of the order and was advised by PayPal to return the items I had received for a full refund. PayPal also requested copy of the proof of posting which I did, but they said they did not get it when clearly it’s on the file There is nothing I can do except to accept the loss of £60. What a crock.
