Hi, I have disputed a transation bc I have never received the merchandise from the seller. They have now stopped communicating with me . They keep telling pay pal that it was delivered. Never got it. I have had to purchase another bat for my son since we have never gotten the other one since March which is when we ordered it. We waited like we were asked to wait due to covid but we have been receiving other things order around d the same time and later. PayPal is denying me bc of the seller saying it was delivered but I dont have it. What do I do?
