I bought a pair of shoes and I never received them. I contacted the seller she said she was claiming from Royal Mail and would be in touch. I never heard a thing so I opened up a case. Apparently the postman put in my blue bin in a Friday as I was not home. The bins were emptied I was left no card or any notification. PayPal decided in the sellers favour. So I go and pay for items that I don’t receive and the seller can claim and have my money. I’m appalled. I have tried to phone PayPal several times but I’m just on hold for more than twenty minutes at a time I think it’s time to give up on Ebay and PayPal and stick to Sphock etc

did the seller provide a tracking number that proved delivery of the item to you?
