Hi, i purchased an item from ebay and never received it. I asked the seller to re-send the item via ebay resolution centre, which the seller agreed too. I still did not receive the second item. But in the meantime, ebay closed my case and i cannot re-open or appeal about the matter. Has anyone been through this? What can i do to ask for a refund now? Thanks
