Nenexue Scam

I ordered a maternity pillow from a website called Nenexue and I believe it to be a scam. I have had no response back from the seller and it has been 3 weeks. I used PayPal to pay for this but for some reason, the transaction doesn't show up on my PayPal account. How can this be and what can I do?

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and did NOT log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a 'guest buyer'.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.

If that is not the case then contact customer services AND your card issuer to query the transactions.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

It’s a scam! I ordered one too and got a ring instead. I tried to dispute it and PayPal denied the claim. I couldn’t figure out for the life of me where the ring came from. The return address was to some place in hacienda heights,ca no other info on the package or anything. I lost out on my money and my pillow. Never again. I tried emailing them over and over again and no response at all. From now on I’ll stick to Amazon and places I’ve ordered before.

I also ordered an Item from this Company via PayPal and never received it. Contacted them numerous times no response. I then had some personal famiky issues that I was dealing with and basically had forgot about it. Until the other say came across the file when cleaning out my files. PayPal will no longer take the dispute due to it has been over 180 days. Thanks paypal, so basically I just through $$ down the drain with a company you have on your approved business list. Sad that companies can steal your money and not think twice about it. I will definately use Amazon for all online purchases and will be closing my Paypal account.

So you are closing your paypal account because you couldn't manage to open a dispute in the nearly 6 months that they allow you to open one and are going to Amazon that give you 30 days to open one???

Even credit cards only give you at the most 6 months and often less than that so best close your card accounts as well?
