Negative feedback

I recently won an item at a great price, which the first time seller obviously wasn’t happy with, so promptly cancelled my order. Should I leave her negative feedback? or give her the benefit of the doubt? She says the item was damaged in storage but I really have my doubts..

Thats up to you, it has nothing to do with Paypal or this forum as presumably you didn't pay or got a refund?

Sounds like an Ebay issue.
