I'm from the Philippines, I got this problem recently November 5, 2020, to be exact. I transfer this specific amount of money and it seems ok and the status is completed, But later on, when I was going to withdraw some cash It's said that got an insufficient fund and now I got a negative balanced same amount on what I transfer and it also affected my previous money was gone.
I already contacted my local bank about this issue, and they were told me that Paypal was the one with the problem. I'm done messaging the Paypal and waiting for their response, I was hoping somebody will help to understand what happened. Thank you in advance.
