Negative balance and chargeback

Hi. I have a problem with my account! Somenoe send me money like 500 € in 3 transactions and also he recieved 750€ and my ballance is negative. By mistake they send a sum with 250 more ... How can i solve that proplem please i have -266 € balance. Tried to send more emails to paypal and also to call them and no one answer. What i have to do!? I think about an chargeback and i dont know how to do that!

Sorry but why would you be sending money you received back again?

You story is very confusing can you explain a bit better.

Do the payments that you were sent show in your paypal activity and were they sent in your currency?

Also does the negative balance actually show in your paypal account?
