Negative Balace in Permanently limited Account

Hi ,

      My account is permanently limited and I've negative PayPal balance. I can't even add money from bank account to cover negative balance. Please guide how can i fix negative balance issue in such situation. thanks

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

They would probably take payment for the debt over the phone via a card.
