I have a negative account balance from an eBAY transition in which I paid eBAY back directly on their website. I do not owe them ebay funds anymore and therefore that would need to be reflected on my paypal account. The current negative balance on my paypal does not even show an itemized record of why that amount is negative and every time I try to file a dispute I get an error about how the system won't process my request with proof attached. Any advice??
