I recently closed a case for an undelivered phone. It arrived, so I closed it. I now find the phone is not as ordered or expected, but I cannot open a new case. I have emailed the company, but do not expect an answer and I cannot get anywhere with the Paypal system to inform them I want to open a new case. The options are not listed in the Resolution Centre, only Billing and Unauthorised Activity are listed.
Any ideas where I can go next.
