Need to close my account

How can i close my account as the help section route does not work, clicking the gear and selecting close account does not work, give me a try again later and i have been stuck here for several years.

Heres some back story

I've had my account for a few years and have made 2 - 3 purchases on ebay using my account,

None of the items arrived and i cancelled and was refunded.

A few years back i found my account had limitations, tried contacting paypal and used the resolution center and other methods to have my limitations removed only to be told by a premade response that the decision is final and my account will not get its limitations removed.

I have sent documentation to paypal for what they asked and yet nothing can be done.

So now im fed up and would like to have my account closed but even that is a hassle.

Now i get another premade response that they believe they can help me and give me good customer service.

Please help so i can get my account removed and never bother with using paypal again or have my limitations removed.

You can't close a limited account.

If it was permanently limited then they do that to stop you closing it and re-using any email addresses or bank / card information on another paypal account against their rules.

Well,doesn't help me much but since paypal don't care, then i wont care.

Haven't needed it in the last few years and wont need it for the future.

Wont waste my time trying to fight this.
