Hi. I have issue with confirmation and my account has been limited. I successfully managed with identity but for the address the algorithm is not able to understand that I am taking the picture of my id. On the front I have the identity which was confirmed on the back the address. Kindly would like to understand how to solve it. Many thanks and kind regards. Samuel
