Hi guys,
I disputed a transaction today, because the product was never received. They kept saying they will issue the refund once the product gets returned to them and they told me to wait (about 6 times over the last year).
Last night when I contacted them again through their website, they blocked my IP address and removed the posts that I wrote asking for the refund that is long overdue. When I called them, they just hung up. I disputed it through Paypal, but my case went straight from Open to Close. When I called Paypal, the machine told me that claims for that transaction cannot be processed, but did not give me the reason.
Any ideas on why my claim is not going through? Any ideas how I can get my refund?
