I'm sorry to hear that there was a payment that you did not intend to make. Do you have a subscription or billing agreement set up? If so, deleting an app that is associated with that agreement would not cancel the preapproved payments. You would need to cancel any subscriptions or billing agreements in your PayPal account to prevent them from being charged in the future.
