Need help!

I bought a gaming chair online for $55 and never got it. It said sent on feb 20th. The site is now no where to be found and when I open a case to dispute it PayPal won’t do anything about it and dismissed the case.

Which dispute did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim?

How did you pay ie invoice /send money and if so which option?

How did you fund the paypal payment?

PayPal took it from my debit card. I didn’t go to a claim but I did open messages to talk to someone.

Sorry one minute you say you opened a dispute then you say it was closed then you say you did not go to a claim, you need to give precise info on what you did to get advice.
