Need help with unauthorized transactions

To start, I've only ever used PayPal for two transactions in October of last year. Starting September second, someone has been withdrawing money and buying things through my account, totaling over 400 dollars. I tried the resolution center, and they gave me the step by step instructions on how to report the transactions as unauthorized on the website. The only problem with that is that once I get to the page where I am supposed to report the funds, the page doesn't stop buffering, so I can't even report all of the transactions. I try to go through the phone line, but after my five different calls to them, the most I've been able to do is report the five transactions that have happened in the past week. I can't even speak to a real person. That one report of the five most recent transactions even got denied for a refund.

I don't know what to do, please help me.
