Need help with refund claim

I have new information for my refund claim but there is nowhere to add it. I ordered a package last month and started a claim after the package did not arrive in the allotted time. I have since received it however it is not what I ordered and is just a cheap phone case. The tracking number given to me matches the one I was given by the seller. I would like to add this information into my case before it closes. Any help is appreciated thanks.

did u order it from a china shop and get a compeltly false product? if yes thats a scam method and paypal know about it, but do nothing against it and u did not get your money back over paypal. just do a credit card or a sepa direct debit chargeback, depends how paypal get the money from you.
