Need help with my bank account!

So, I made a bit of a mistake by accidently adding my bank account to my old paypal...

Now, I made this paypal account when I was like 16 so obviously my details are incorrect now that i'm actually 18. Since adding the bank account on the wrong one I now have limitations and are unable to have the bank removed, I'm pretty updset and frustrated with this as I would like to have the bank account moved to my new one but can't. 

If anyone knows a way around this or can help me out please let me know

I also recently made a transaction but it didn't go through! Paypal is now holding in the account without me having anyway to get that money back unless I confirm my identity! I can't! As i said before my info on the account is wrong!

i'm so annoyed right now..
