Need help with dispute - accepted solution, case auto-closed and seller ceased all communications

hi, Need help with accepted solution upon opening a dispute (i accepted a seller refund upon goods return - seller provided shipping address), case auto-closed and seller ceased all communications, parcel cannot be delivered because of no response on the other side to either of provided emails. what to do? Why would these cases auto close? any suggestions?

Thank you for your post! It sounds like the dispute closed after you received the seller's return address. It sounds like you may not have sent the package back to the seller. This is how you can return a package to the seller. Nope - I provided the tracking number - for the package, and a day later it closed 😄 Now Im waiting to see whats going to happen when the package will reach its end. Will I be **bleep** or the seller will honor the agreement.
