Hello! Can give me a piece of advice: How to send a message to someone by PayPal? I made payments on eBay and got nothing from 2 guys in Germany. And they do not respond to me on eBay either. The transactions were more than 6 months ago, so, I can not make common complain by eBay or refund on Paypal. Any suggestions? Thank you!
