Need help returning an item to Malaysia for a refund!

So I recently purchased a bag on grailed, and when I received it the bag turned out to be inauthentic, so I requested a refund and escalated to PayPal and they approved it, but the seller never responded to any message I sent, I couldn't find the address he provided on google maps, it is in Malaysia and I can't seem to find the address he provided, I plan to return the bag with USPS First Class International, and the address seems to go through fine but I'm really unsure, the bag is worth quite a lot and I'm afraid what if the bag gets lost in transit or the address doesn't exist, if the package is lost in transit will I lose the dispute automatically? Thank you for your help!
