My account got permanently blocked and I had money in that's account...now I am trying to contact PayPal message centre it won't let me access the messages ....I am calling help line PayPal but due to extended waiting time no representative can pick up the call that's what I am getting the response....no one is telling me what I have done wrong. This is unfair to hold the funds without giving any valid reason. I have requested a call on my personal no but didn't heard back yet
