Need help in getting money back.

I ordered some clothes on August 20, 2020 and have not received them.  Of course it wasn’t clear it was coming from China or I would not have ordered.  PayPal has the record and the money was taken out of my account.  I can not find a number for PayPal and can not download the receipt info.  How can I resolve this issue and get my money back?  I have contacted the company direct and not received a response.  Please help.

I've had the same issue and opened up three complaints (as Paypal keeps closing them).  I now have opened up a Better Business Bureau complaint as no one seems to help me at Paypal.
