I badly need help. My account was permanently limited.So thus,they hold my remaining balance.But 2 days ago they emailed me that I can finally withdraw my remaining funds.But when I tried to convert it to my currency so I can withdraw,it says "We're sorry,things don't appear to be working right now.Try again later." a couple of times... What shall I do?
