Need help closing a case.

Hello, I am hoping a PayPal agent sees this, as I have been unable to contact one successfully. Recently a seller appealed my refund request because I did in fact end up receiving a package from them. I have sent them the money they requested, and I have pictures to prove it (as well as the transaction on my actual account). I am trying to get in touch with a PayPal agent so that they may close my case. Please contact me ASAP

I did not know that I was going to be receiving the package, because the seller would not reply to my messages at first, and so I assumed I Was being scammed. Now that I have paid what they asked, I really want this case to be closed so I can move on with my life.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
