Need a Refund

i recently ordered LED switchplates... they do not fit my outlets.... how do i return for a refund?... i still have sealed in packages (all but one) and the original mailing envelope...

Read the merchant's return/refund policy and contact seller and follow through with their policy. If they are not helpful...

1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
2. Click "Report a problem" 
3. Click “I received an item that's significantly not as described”.

A heads up: If you can work something out with the seller during the dispute phase (unescalated), take it because "doesn't fit" might not be what PayPal consider eligible for Significantly Not As Described coverage if the case was escalated to them.
