Hello, I recently got scammed, but I filed a dispute under the wrong category accidentally and put it under unauthorised access rather than 'item not received'. Now paypal does not let me file another dispute against this transaction. Please help.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
