Need Help! Going in circles here online. (Scam)

I have been going in circles here for the last hour.  

I did not receive the product.  I can not find the transaction (December 19, 2020) activity or summary.

I have been told it's delayed due to USPS shipping issues.  It's now a whole month later.

Holidays are over.  I do not want the product at this time.

 

I want a refund.  End of story.  How do I do this?  

 

Please do not tell me to make telephone calls.  I just want a refund.  It's not alot of money - it's just principle.

I'm never going back to that Facebook website again.  Do I simply just print my paid invoice and head out to my bank?

 

I appreciate any solution.
