Name on Account

When I joined PayPal in 2016, since I used my husband's card it automatically put his name on my account when I joined. I have since changed the account name, and provided my documents but they have shut my account down. I have money in it that I need, I can not contact anyone cause they won't respond to messages or phone calls won't go through. Please help me, what can I do. This is my business account so I absolutely need it.

Paypal do not automatically put a name on a personal paypal account, you imput it yourself.

If you imputted your husbands name then its his account and not yours.

Normally you can't change a paypal account from one person to anothers so not sure how you managed to do that if you actually did?
