Name change and account limitations

So basically I manage my sons PayPal account, so his name is on it but I opened the account but there’s a problem. PayPal wants him to verify identity but he can’t do it because he’s underage and his name is on it, I want to change the account name back to mine (the mother) complete those identification issues. Help!!!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your son's account. PayPal does not allow the creation of an account under a minor, even if it's being run by a parent. All accounts under a minor's name/identity are restricted pending verification. Unfortunately, we do not allow a name to be changed on a PayPal account, except in a situation where a business is changing ownership. I apologize for any inconvenience.
