NO REFUND

I filed a claim for goods I received that were not as described and damage when I received them.  I was notified by PayPal that my claim had been denied since the vendor claimed a credit had already been issued.  I purchased the item originally through PayPal Credit.  There has been no such credit issued to my account.  I called PayPal about this matter ...the spokes person said she could see that no credit had been made and would get it resolved.

I have yet to hear or see any difference in my account.....this has been a nite mare...anyone have any Ideas?

I’m sorry about the trouble with a refund. It can typically take 7-10 business for a refund to process. If the refund has not shown after this time, I recommend reaching out PayPal Credit for assistance.
